Hi I’m Jennifer Medhurst. I’m an mBANT rCNHC registered nutritionist and founder of Jennifer Medhurst Nutrition, a private nutrition clinic in central London. I specialise in helping you to improve your gut health energy, sleep, and immunity, as well as manage your weight better and support with female health issues (for example, painful periods, PCOS, fertility issues, and pregnancy support).
Your health shouldn’t be about trying to do everything perfectly, and then feeling terrible when you don’t. Every body is different, and so everyone needs a unique and imperfect approach.
Whatever your health goals, I can set you on the right track and monitor your progress. You needn’t be worried about hard to commit to complicated plans, I am of the firm belief that getting back to basics and keeping nutrition simple and science based is the easiest way to maintain a healthy mind and body.
I also develop original recipes for magazines, newspapers and online publications and is available for articles and talks.
