Very Berry Breakfast

Pop all the ingredients into a bowl, mix together well and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½-1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp wild blueberry powder
  • 200-300 ml homemade kefir
  • 1 cup mixed berries (I chose blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • 3 walnuts
