Cut up you tofu and place in baking dish.
Cover with the teriyaki sauce or best miso dressing and mix until the tofu is evenly coated. Then place in over at 180C for 10 minutes.
Cook your rice or quinoa on to cook for the allotted time.
Place the rice or quinoa in a bowl then pop the broccoli, carrots, cooked tofu and dressing from the baking dish on top.
Top with spring onion and sesame seeds.
220g firm tofu
1/4 cup uncooked brown rice or quinoa per person
fist size serving of broccoli per person, broken into florets
fist size serving of carrots per person, grated
Sesame seeds (or any kind of seeds you like!)
