Snickers Bites

Serves: Makes 9 bites Cooks In: 45 minutes

 

  1. Place your dates on a chopping board and slice vertically removing the stones as you go.
  2. Spoon peanut butter into the openings of each date you have just sliced open.
  3. Chop up some nuts and then sprinkle them into the dates on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Melt the chocolate and then dip each date into the it. Make sure the dates are entirely covered.
  5. Place immediately on a cooling rack, then when all the dates are covered in chocolate pop them in the fridge on the rack with a plate underneath for around 30 mins.
  6. Once the chocolate has cooled then remove the dates, drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!

  • 9 Medjool Dates
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • Jar of peanut butter
  • Nuts of your choice (I used hazelnuts)
  • Sea salt
