Simple Green Smoothie

Serves: 1 Cooks In: 5 mins
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. If you would like to make it look decorative then cut come kiwi slices and stick to the glass by simply pressing. Carefully pour in some kefir to cover the bottom third and pour in the smoothie on top.



  • 1 kiwi, end cut off whole or peeled
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • A large handful of frozen spinach or kale
  • ½ cup any kind of nut milk, I used almond milk
  • 2 tbsp kefir
