Serves: 1 Cooks In: 15 minutes

1. Mash one half of the banana in a bowl and set aside.

2. Place a pan on a medium heat and add in the oats, milk, cacao powder, ½ mashed banana, chopped nuts and flaxseeds.

3. Cook for 3-5 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency, add more milk if you’d like it runnier.

4. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the other half of the bananas, blueberries and maples syrup. Enjoy!


🍌1 ripe banana
🍌1 cup oats
🍌1 cup any kind of milk (I used almond milk)
🍌1 tsp cacao powder
🍌1 tbsp flaxseeds
🍌1 tbsp any kind of chopped nut (I used hazelnuts)
🍌1 handful of blueberries
