Quick Oat Breakfast

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!


  • ½-1 cup oats
  • 1-2 tbsp flaxseeds, freshly ground, you may need to buy a flaxseed grinder for this available here
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 walnuts, crumbled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1-2 tbs any kind of natural yoghurt or kefir (avoid ones with added sugar in)
