Serves: 2 Cooks In: 30 mins

🍲Place a pan on a medium heat with some olive oil in.

🍲Sweat the onions for about 5 minutes. Then add the celery and the carrots and cook for a further 5 minutes.

🍲Add the tomato puree, stock cube and nutritional yeast, pour in some boiling water until the vegetables are covered. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes.

🍲Add in the tomatoes and garlic 2 minutes before the end. And then serve. Enjoy!


🥕1 onion, diced
🥕2 garlic cloves, crushed
🥕4-6 carrots depending on size, sliced into circle
🥕4 sticks of celery, sliced
🥕2 tbsp tomato puree
🥕½ a vegetable stock cube
🥕1 tbsp nutritional yeast
🥕1 x 400g can haricot beans
🥕70-80g pasta per person
🥕6 small tomatoes
