Quick and simple green smoothie

Pop all the ingredients in a blender and go!

Ingredients

  • One large handful of spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
  • Lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Any kind of milk (i used almond milk)
