OAT BERRY BREAKFAST

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • Palm sized serving of walnuts
  • 2 tbsp kefir
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup berries of choice (I chose blueberries and blackberries)
  • Add almond milk to desired consistency
