Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- Palm sized serving of walnuts
- 2 tbsp kefir
- 1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup berries of choice (I chose blueberries and blackberries)
- Add almond milk to desired consistency
