Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blend! Enjoy!


🥑½ an avocado
🥑Small handful of kale
🥑1 tbsp nut butter (I used almond butter)
🥑2 tbsp kefir
🥑Small palm sized serving of raspberries
🥑¼ tsp cinnamon
🥑½ tsp turmeric
🥑½ tbsp cacao powder
🥑1 tbsp flaxseeds
🥑1 cup any kind of milk
🥑1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
