Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Small handful of homemade granola (or granola of your choice)
  • 1 tbs flaxseeds
  • Palm size serving of blueberries
  • Palm size serving of raspberries
  • 2 tbs kefir
  • Almond milk to taste
  • 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
