Gooey Chocolate Brownie

There’s nothing not to love about this Gooey Chocolate Brownie recipe. It’s fluffy, gooey, moist and delicious. You only need 4 ingredients to make it! Enjoy them hot or cold.

  1. Pop the oven on at 180C (350F).
  2. Grease an oven proof dish or line a cake tin with baking paper.
  3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and pour into your dish.
  4. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes depending on how gooey you like it. I do 20 minutes then let it sit for 5 mins before adding ice cream, yoghurt/kefir and nuts.


  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips


  • Ice cream, yoghurt or kefir
  • Nuts (I go for hazelnuts)
