Easy Apple Pie

Serves: 1 Cooks In: 10 minutes
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan. Add in the apples, nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, oats and lemon juice then cook stirring regularly for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place in a bowl and top with yoghurt and Greek basil if you fancy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 apples, de-cored and chopped into 2cm-ish cubes
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ lemon, juiced

TOPPING

  • Yoghurt
  • Greek basil
