Serves: 2 Cooks In: 30 mins
  1. Place almonds in a blender cup with the almond milk, nutritional yeast and salt and pepper. Blend then set to one side.
  2. Cook the pasta for the allotted time.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan on medium heat for about 8 minutes then add in the garlic and chilli and cook for about 2 minutes. Then pour over the blended almond mixture.
  4. Add the cooked drained pasta in with the mushrooms, garlic and almond sauce. Stir well and then serve. Enjoy!



  • 2 palm sized servings of almonds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Two fist sized servings of mushrooms
  • Brown rice pasta
  • ½ tsp chilli
  • Juice of half a lemon
