
Chocolate flapjacks

Serves: Makes about 8 small squares
Cooks In: 2 hours 30 mins
- Place the oats, desiccated coconut, peanut butter and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl and combine.
- Push the mixture down into a lined baking tray and pop in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Place all of the topping ingredients in a blender and blitz well until smooth. Drizzle over some melted dark chocolate if you fancy. Put the flapjacks back in the fridge to cool for another 1-2 hours.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ maple syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
For the topping:
- 1 ½ cup medjool dates
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional: dark chocolate and hazelnuts
