CHEAT’S PIZZA

Serves: 1 Cooks In: 20 minutes

1. Place your wholemeal pita on a baking try and drizzle over some passata. Use the back of a spoon to spread it to the edges.

2. The top with your choice of toppings. I chose mushrooms, spinach, anchovies and parmesan cheese.

3. Pop in the oven at 180C for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and its started to crisp up a bit.

Ingredients

🍅Wholemeal pita bread (or gluten free alternative)
🍅Passata
🍅Dried mixed herbs

TOPPING OF YOUR CHOICE
I chose:
🍅Mushrooms
🍅Spinach
🍅Anchovies
🍅Parmesan cheese (or dairy free alternative)
