
Breakfast smoothie

Cooks In: 5 mins
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 kiwi, skin on if you like (take if off if you don’t)
- 3 walnuts
- 2 tbsp any kind of yoghurt you like
- 1 cup any kind of milk, or to desired consistency
- 1 handful of greens (I used kale), washed and stalks removed
