Plant Based Cooking Classes🧑‍🍳🥦🔪(link to tickets in my bio)

Drawing on my experience as a nutritionist I have designed a cooking class that will help you to live a healthier life, whist not compromising on flavour or fun. I would love for you to come and join me at the beautiful cookery school @lacucinacaldesi in Marylebone. Set down a cobbled street just off Marylebone High Street, this light and airy cookery school is the perfect environment in which to learn to cook.

I like to keep the classes small and intimate so that you have the opportunity to learn, and ask as many questions as you like about cooking, nutrition or just living a healthier lifestyle in general. The classes are packed full of information, as well as being very interactive, so you’ll be cooking throughout. All the recipes are simple, tasty and nutritious. Then at the end you will sit down together to enjoy your delicious creations, whilst chatting more about being healthy and happy!

My first ever supper club on the 29th September, 7pm @laylow_london 😊🍽 (link to purchase tickets in my bio)

Who else is excited to be out and about again?

Well, I certainly am! And I’d love for you to come and join me at my first ever supper club on the top floor of the beautiful private members club, Laylow.

A gorgeous space with high ceilings and a spiral staircase onto an open-air terrace. It the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal and meet like-minded people.

Come on your own or with friends!

The evening will start with drinks and canapés, and a short introductory talk followed by a tasty three-course dinner. The menu has been designed by me and will be bursting with fresh, delicious seasonal produce and stunning table landscapes.

All of the ingredients are seasonal, organic and will be locally sourced as much as possible.

I really can’t wait to meet some of you in person soon!

*Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian alternative menus are all available if requested in advance. Please let us know of any allergies when booking, all of the food is prepared in an environment where allergens may be present.

This Avocado and Vegetable Panini is one of my favourite quick and tasty lunches 😋🥪. Hope you love it too 💚

INGREDIENTS (serves 1)
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 shallot, diced (onion or garlic would work too)
• 60g portobello mushrooms (or any kind of mushrooms you like)
• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup spinach or kale, chopped and stems removed
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ an avocado
• 2 slices thick of sourdough bread
• Mozzarella or vegan meltable cheese (optional)

METHOD
1. Heat the extra olive oil in pan over medium to high heat. Add the shallots and sauté until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté until browned lightly on the outside. Add the tomatoes and kale and sauté until wilted and warmed through. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
2. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork. Spread some avocado on the surface of each piece of bread. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the vegetables on top of the bread.
3. Add the cheese on top of the vegetables, cover with another slice of bread, and ideally place on a preheated panini press, if not you can use a griddle pan. When the bread is browned on the outside, and the cheese has started to melt remove from the heat and serve. Enjoy!
